Graduated in Law at the Milano University, Italy, he is the founder and managing partner of Sganzerla Law Firm, which is specialized in: 

 

- National and International Contracts

- Banking Law.

Mr. Sganzerla is an ICC Member of the Commission "International Law and Practice" and of the Board of Directors. 

He is also a LUISS University Adjunct Professor in LLM Business and Company Law.

For several years, he has been a lecturer in several masters, such as the "MBA Corporate Law and International Contracts Master" by Il Sole 24 Ore and "UAE Emirates contractual Law" by Luiss Business School. 

Mr. Sganzerla is a Publicist Journalist, Member of the Association of Journalists and cooperates with Il Sole 24 Ore, publishing many articles in Company Law and Bank Law.
